1980 – the year Laoac gained its corporate existence as a distinct Municipality.

Yellow – bespeaks of the hopes for development and progress of the young municipality.

Circle (blue) – typifying the wheel towards progress and development. Blue signifies the residents as they are bound together by common desires and aspirations.
